FonTools (requires at least Calamus SL 2015): The current version number is 2.14.
This very rich collection of tools has been on many a persons xmas list. All existing solutions for managing and preparing fonts in Calamus left many wishes and offered few possibilities. Finally, you can use many functions to quickly get a real overview on your existing fonts, without leaving Calamus or wasting your time. As FonTools is able to work with all types of fonts which can be loaded into Calamus, you are able to add Euro characters even in your existing CFN fonts as well as Type-1 and TTF fonts.
The functions of FonTools can be divided in two main groups basically: one for loaded and one for not loaded fonts.
The first function group of the function panel (Loaded Fonts) does only treat already loaded fonts.
While the second function group (Font Browser) treats all fonts which are not loaded yet.
For both these two function groups you may define that an according font browser window opens each time you select one of these function groups.
The fourth function group offers various setting parameters.
