The invers Software Vertrieb will release a general SL99 version for all TOS relevant systems, before we release MGI Calamus XL, the version for Apple computers. SL99 will still run on plain Atari computers as well as on Atari clones (Hades, Milan etc.) and with MagicMac, MagicPC, STemulator, TOS2Win etc., too.
The development of SL99 has been started, but the release date will not be within the first quarter of 1999. We will publish detailed feature lists here within the first quarter of 1999.
Screen resolution
All those who still use Calamus SL with an SM124 monitor (s/w, 640 x 400 dots) or use other systems with this very low screen resolution, should switch to higher resolutions until SL99 comes into sight.
Calamus SL99 will need at least 640 x 480 dots screen resolution. Some dialogs have already been resized for this screen resolution, with according advantages.
The price for the Upgrade to SL99 is not defined yet.
