As of today, please find a bugfix version of the SL99 GuideLines Module in our download area. This Module is part of the SL package (not the additional Guideliner module!). A bug was found and fixed in 'Numeric Placement' of guidelines, where it was impossible to insert 'Horizontal Lines' due to a dialog error.
