2007-10-12: Enhancements for Calipso 3

Calipso 3 PRO is the PDF Importer which lets you import almost everything into Calamus documents.

Calipso 3 lite (Simple PDF Import) is the little brother of Calipso 3 PRO and lets you import single-page PDFs.

Calipso 3 PRO: The changes in version 3.33 [2007-10-12]:

Fix: [514] The used document name is no longer forgotten when saving the new CDK.
New: You can now choose whether to use the PDF filepath or the current CDK search path for the new CDK.
