Calamus file selector
New: [129] Calamus file selector now shows the number and size of pages in CDK preview. The file selector had to be redesigned therefore. The path edit field is placed beyond the file list now.
New: Previews for CDK and CRD are shown in a higher resolution.
New: [294] If too many files are selected in import functions, you can choose if the first of which should be imported rather then cancelling the whole function.
New: File names can become up to 64 characters long.
New: The file list shows 25 instead of 20 list entries at once.
New: Folders are shown with a real folder symbol (visual problems in Windows with '@' as folder symbol solved).
New: The Closer, which leads to a higher folder level, is a real symbol now.

New: The dialog Insert document now offers MIN/MAX buttons if neccessary. Page ranges cannot be entered wrong any more (smart edit mode).

Dialog External modules/Drivers
New: The dialog has been enhanced and shows the module icon for updated modules as well as the module name, compilation date, version number and file name. This makes working with the module list much easier.
New: You can call the info dialog of all modules and drivers by pressing [Ctrl][Mouse click]. All available module information are shown, including long module text descriptions, list of authors, etc. Calamus therefore offers a central info dialog for all modules and drivers which can use it now instead of bringing along their own info dialog stuff.
